The Nano Pulverizer NP-100 is designed with an optimized planetary centrifuge rate to maximize impact energy.
NP-100 has strong centrifugal forces caused by rotation and rotational motion.
Centrifugal forces accelerate the grinding medium (zirconia balls) and powder the materials powerfully. While powdering to less than 3 microns is difficult with dry milling, wet milling makes nano milling possible.
- The amount of pulverization is at least 100 mg (10 ml liquid) to Maximal 10 g.
- Pulverizing time is between 2-5 minutes.
