THINKY ARV-10kTwin Mixer is an ideal mixer for mass and batch production, with a maximum capacity of 20L reaching the performance of laboratory models. It offers the possibility to put two separate mixing containers in the twin system.

The THINKY ARV-10kTwin Mixer is an industrial non-contact “planetary” vacuum Planetary Centrifugal Mixer with Vacuum for all engineering chemicals.

Mixes, dispenses and degasses up to a total of 20L / 29kg of material (gross) in seconds to minutes in two separate containers with or without a cap, such as a jar, beaker, syringe tube or cartridge.

The twin mixer system reaches 20L capacity for production. Vacuum pressure reduction system, which enables the elimination of submicron level air bubbles, enables mixing and airing at the same time.

Designed to provide mixing performance equivalent to the laboratory models of ARV-310’s, it preserves the quality of the material obtained in your laboratories, and allows you to start mass production in a short time and effortlessly.

In addition, the variable rotation / revolution ratio mechanism, included as standard equipment, allows detailed parameter settings to be made according to the properties of the material.

With this mixer, you can start mass production of new materials, as well as contribute to improving the production efficiency, material quality and cost of your existing mass production line.
