THINKY ARV-310LED Mixer is a vacuum mixer model that is customized especially for fluorescent mixed chemicals used in LED production, that allows homogeneous mixing and elimination of air bubbles with scales of less than micron level.

The THINKY ARV-310LED Mixer is an industrial non-contact vacuum Planetary Centrifugal Mixer with Vacuum for all engineering chemicals.

Mixes, dispenses and degasses up to 310g of material (gross) in seconds to minutes in a closed or uncapped container such as a jar, beaker, syringe tube or cartridge.

The vacuum pressure reduction function enables the elimination of sub-micron level air bubbles, thanks to the combination of rotating mixing functions both on its own axis and in a specific orbit. Thanks to the same functions, it can perform a demanding process such as separating high viscosity materials from its gas with excellent quality.

The processing time can be shortened further compared to atmospheric mixers.

The centrifugal force during the mixing process presses the material in the container, eliminating the need to keep an eye on the material to prevent it from overflowing in static vacuum chambers.

 

  • Provides simultaneous mixing, dispersion and removal of air bubbles.
  • It easily performs the separation of high viscosity materials, which are difficult to process with centrifuge separators, from the air.
