What is an electric actuator?
Electric (electromechanical) actuators are motion units that are driven by electric motors without using any pressurized fluid (air, oil) power, and position, speed, acceleration and force can be defined via control units. They can operate with AC or DC current as well as have a Servo or Step motor. They provide high position precision thanks to the encoder on the motor.

Thanks to the control unit integrated in the body, it provides stable speed not only at high speeds but also at very low speeds. Very low gradual acceleration and very low gradual deceleration, which are almost impossible in pneumatic actuators, are no longer a problem thanks to the Elecylinder.
Thanks to the integrated control unit, Elecylinder can be programmed very easily and according to the application requirements, movement speed, departure and stop acceleration can be adjusted to each destination.
As with all other IAI electric actuator models, the new Elecylinder products provide speed stability even at the lowest speeds.
The radial cylinder has an integrated ball bearing system within the body. In this way, it does not need external bearing for neither vertical nor eccentric loads.

While Radial Cylinders have 2 rows of ball bearings, high strength Radial Cylinders have 4 rows of ball bearings. In this way, the moment strength increases 3 times in slide types and 2.5 times in piston type products compared to the standard product.

Thanks to a touch panel on the Elecylinder, all position, speed and acceleration settings can be made directly on the product. No other software or hardware is required.
