THINKY ARV-310P Mixer is a vacuum mixer model that provides homogeneous mixing and removal of air bubbles at scales lower than micron level, in addition to THINKY ARV-310LED model, which provides control and communication with touch screen.

THINKY ARV-310P Mixer is an industrial non-contact “planetary” centrifugal mixer (Planetary Centrifugal Mixer with Vacuum) for all engineering chemicals.

Mixes, dispenses and degasses up to 310g of material (gross) in seconds to minutes in a closed or uncapped container such as a jar, beaker, syringe tube or cartridge.

The vacuum pressure reduction function enables the elimination of sub-micron level air bubbles, thanks to the combination of rotating mixing functions both on its own axis and in a specific orbit. Thanks to the same functions, it can perform a demanding process such as separating high viscosity materials from its gas with excellent quality.

The processing time can be shortened further compared to atmospheric mixers.

The centrifugal force during the mixing process presses the material in the container, eliminating the need to keep an eye on the material to prevent it from overflowing in static vacuum chambers.

Also included is a communication function (RS-232C connection) that enables recipe selection, recipe reading and operation using an external terminal.

In addition, data such as the number of turns can be recorded every second, which contributes to improved traceability in the production process.
