Digital dispenser is a digital control system that provides high accuracy, desired precision and repeatable dispensing of low, medium and high viscosity liquids. These devices are used to ensure accurate dispensing of liquids, especially in industrial applications. Digital dispensers offer a wide range of uses with single or double outlet versions. In this article, we will examine the features, working principles and usage advantages of digital dispensers.
Basic Features of Digital Dispenser
Digital dispensers are user-friendly with their built-in displays and embedded software. You can easily adjust the pressure, duration and back suction force from the controls on them. There are LCD digital screens on the dispensers where you can follow the parameters you set.
Digital Dispensers in Our Products

Our Single and Double Output Digital Dispenser Types
The TS250 model has a 2-line display, while the TS350 model offers more information by increasing it to 4 lines.
One of the advantages of the TS350 model is the ability to monitor trigger pressure via a digital display instead of an analog pressure gauge. The TS350 model also has a second trigger output. This provides great convenience in dual-component dispensing applications.

Digital Dispenser Types
Our digital dispensers are available in two different models: TS250 and TS350. Both models are highly accurate devices that can accurately dose liquids. However, the differences between them may guide your choice depending on the intended use.
TS250 Model:
-
Display: 2-line LCD display.
-
Working Modes: “TIMED” and “PURGE” modes.
-
Pressure Monitoring: Trigger pressure can be monitored with the analog pressure gauge.
TS350 Model:
-
Display: 4-line LCD display.
-
Working Modes: “TIMED”, “PURGE”, “INTERRUPT” and “TEACH” modes.
-
Program Memory: It can save the 10 most used dispensing programs in its memory.
-
Double Output: Ability to do double component dispensing with the second trigger output.
-
Pressure Monitoring: You can monitor the trigger pressure via the digital display.
How do Digital Dispensers work?
Digital dispensers can work with different systems to ensure accurate and precise dispensing of liquids. These systems include dispensing valves or dispensing injectors known as barrels. Especially when a barrel is used, the back suction feature of the dispenser prevents the fluid from dripping. However, it is very important to correctly adjust the balance between the back suction force and the trigger pressure. Otherwise, correct dispensing may not be achieved.
In addition, the trigger pedal on the dispenser can be integrated into the systems with the D-SUB9 connector. Thanks to this integration, the dispenser can be made compatible with a PLC (Programmable Logic Control) system, providing a completely automatic dispensing process. By triggering via the PLC, you can control the operation of the dispenser without requiring manual intervention.
Digital Dispenser Working Modes
Digital dispensers provide flexibility of use by offering various operating modes. The TS250 and TS350 models have different modes:
Mods in TS250 Model:
-
TIMED Mode: Liquid output is provided for the set time.
-
PURGE Mode: Used to clean liquid lines.
Mods in TS350 Model:
-
TIMED Mode: Liquid output is provided for the set time.
-
PURGE Mode: Used to clean liquid lines.
-
INTERRUPT Mode: The dispensing process is interrupted.
-
TEACH Mode: The user can teach and adapt the dispensing process.
The TS350 model also offers the ability to save the 10 most used dispensing programs and switch quickly. This feature increases efficiency by reducing time and process costs.
Advantages of Digital Dispensers
