UV Curing Systems

Panasonic UJ 30/35 offers successful UV curing in your operations in a short time without the need for an additional control unit.

UJ 30/35 Spot Type LED UV Curing System

Panasonic UJ 30/35 offers successful UV curing in your operations in a short time without the need for an additional control unit.

UJ35 provides the opportunity to reach higher UV powers than UJ30.

The UJ30 / 35 is suitable for mass production with its communication feature with parallel I / O (I / O). Thanks to the UJ35 RS-232C port, it can be controlled by computer, and retrospective data tracking becomes possible.

It is easy to use thanks to the digital panel on it.

4 different UV LED headers can be used at the same time with the UJ30 / 35.

ANUJ6180 Series UV LED Headers

There are header options that provide curing in a short time with high UV power at 365-385-405 nm.

Curing can be carried out from the desired distance thanks to lens options with different focal lengths.

Highly Safe Curing Process with Fine UV Sensor

With the UJ35, the UV irradiation power and wavelength of the LED heads can be calibrated using the optional thin UV sensor.

Also, it can automatically adjust the UV intensity to the preset level.

Since the sensor is only 5mm thick, UV power measurement is possible without removing the system from the production line. Allows highly accurate inline condition optimization.

The UV power can be controlled and adjusted in real time during production, increasing the reliability of the curing process.

Long Life – Cost Effective

One of the biggest benefits of using LEDs is that the light source life is much longer than lamp lamps. The lifetime of the lamp is approximately 3,000 hours, but the LED has a lifespan of approximately 20,000 hours.

Unlike the lamp that needs to be kept on throughout the operation, the LED type can only turn on UV rays when needed. When the irradiation on / off time ratio is 1: 4 (cycle time = 5; irradiation time = 1), the LED type operating life is equivalent to approximately 100,000 hours compared to lamp types, resulting in significant reductions in running costs and maintenance hours.
