The new smart jet valve TS9800 offers ultra fast and high precision dispensing for a wide variety of adhesives and viscosities. High speed piezo actuator enables the valve to dose at a rate of 1,500 pulses / second. It can be increased to 2,000 beats per second for a short time. Microbeats as small as 0.5 nL can be made.
The compact size and modular design of the TS9800 series jet valve is well suited for robotic systems.
The TS9800 has fully adjustable parameter settings that allow the operator to change dispensing characteristics for different chemicals and optimize the process for reproducible dispensing.
Each component of the valve is designed and manufactured to the highest precision requirements, guaranteeing first-class accuracy and repeatability by volume.
