The TS941 Spool Valve is designed to dispense chemicals between 100CPS and 3,000,000CPS.
Spool Valve consists of two body parts (air cylinder and air cylinder head) and a shaft component. The spool valve is designed for fast On / Off operation without being affected by the pressure of the material. Hardened slides on Teflon® rails allow the dispensing of chemicals from 100CPS to over 3,000,000CPS, up to 2,500PSI pressure. During the closing, some of the material at the end is withdrawn (suck-back), preventing dripping. Adjustable suck-back option can be provided with the option numbered 934-003-000.
Thanks to the design of the valve, it can be easily maintained without any special equipment. Working principle of the valve; It is opening with air and closing with spring force.
