Spray Valves are designed for fine spraying applications of low viscosity materials. An external stroke control makes it easy for the operator to fine-tune fluid flow. Full control of the spray cycle is achieved with the TS500R Multi-Purpose Digital Controller with adjustable fluid flow and precise control of pre-spray, atomizing air and post-spray. Maintenance is simplified by the elimination of cumbersome spring-loaded needle packings.
TS5540 spray valves come with FDA Compliant 303 stainless steel construction in both air cylinder and fluid housing. A field replaceable Delrin® seat provides positive closure and an extremely long lifetime. Compact design and easy-to-install threaded hole allow easy integration into automated applications.
