Robotiq AirPick is a powerful vacuum gripper that creates vacuum through an external pneumatic vacuum generator. The gripper can be equipped with one or more suction cups.
The Robotiq's vacuum gripper EPick is specially designed for industrial applications and is suitable for a variety of gripper configurations. The holder can be mounted on the wrist of the cobot and does not require an external air supply. The provided software provides a seamless connection to the collaborative robot and makes setup extremely easy.
In combination with a Robotiq Wristcamera, a fully automatic pick-and-drop application can be carried out. In addition to a single suction cup, a combination of multiple suction cups can be created.

If you produce complete products, you probably have an assembly line. As the workforce ages and skilled workers become more difficult to hire, the remaining workers come under greater pressure to get the job done at the required pace.
Cobots can run a complete assembly process and do it in a repeatable way. They can position parts in semi-structured environments, sort by color or shape, capture with the right amount of force, and place them precisely on top of other assembly components.
It's now possible to automate some of the toughest, dirtiest jobs in production. Surface treatment applications can be programmed quickly with cobots.
By adapting the Cobota Robotiq Polishing kit, you can program any surface treatment trajectory in minutes with less than 10 reference points. You can also compensate for tool wear using the cobot's force control.
Machine feeding is one of the most common uses of collaborative robots on the market. As long as the blank is fed to the Cobota continuously, the machine feeding operation can be repeated indefinitely.
Some industries use robots to do repetitive tasks such as unloading plastic/metal injection molding machines or CNC machines. While production continues around the clock, robots take parts from the machine's work area, allowing you to minimize cycle time and run the process continuously.
The most time-consuming process in high value-added production processes is general part handling. Part Pick-Drop means taking raw materials, workpieces, finished products or packages and placing them on another workplane to continue processing. This operation is usually done with human power. With its range of products, Robotiq strives to automate these tasks and free human hands so that they can add more value to your company. Cobots can easily accomplish this tedious action and they can do it 24-7. With so many robot hand solutions available, we have a solution for almost every situation.
As a manufacturer, you probably have quality control points where your product is tested, no matter what you manufacture. If a step is skipped or a part is defective, the quality testing process will generate an error code. Such tests can have long run cycles that require very simple actions such as pressing a series of buttons. Cobots have an easy-to-use interface that allows the user to adjust speed, force and position, making them the perfect tool for the task.
If you are in the manufacturing business, you must have at least one palletizing station. Palletizing is a simple and repetitive task. It is also one of the most common robot applications in many industries. We have developed a palletizing solution with the end user in mind.
When you receive the palletizing kit; hardware and software are already ready. Plan your setup in just three steps, directly from the cobot's touchscreen. Simple to use, flexible and high performance for a cobot solution.
