Application: The process of transferring floor panels from conveyor to stockers
Explanation: In the old system, pneumatic cylinders were used. As the velocity increased, the shocks grew on the impact ends, causing the floor panels to occasionally bow, preventing the panels from stacking in the stocker.
Thanks to the ELECYLINDER acceleration/deceleration control in the new system, the panels can enter the stocker without error even at high speed. In addition, the need for an external guide is eliminated as a radial roller is used.
