What Does a Technical Support Engineer Do?
- Attends technical client meetings with sales engineers. It uses its engineering skills to find the most efficient solution by combining customer demands and Pulsar Robotic experience.
- Before the bidding process; performs pre-design, product selection and trial activities.
- After selling; performs installation, commissioning, programming and training activities. It becomes the actual creator and part of the solution.
- Provides technical advice to the Pulsar Robotics Sales team.
- It gives efficiency-enhancing ideas about our customers' production lines, whether there is a demand or not.
- Actively uses CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and takes part in the growth of the knowledge pool.
- He believes in the power of teamwork and will do whatever it takes to be a part of the solution as a member of the Pulsar Robotics team.
Education, Experience and Features that a Technical Support Engineer should have
- Must have good experience in at least one programming language
- Should be interested in technology and be able to use this interest in their professional life
- Recognizing that his past education life is only the beginning for his profession, he should strive to improve himself constantly.
- Male candidates must have completed their military service
- In order to provide solutions for our customers in different cities when necessary, there should be no barriers to domestic travel. Travel rate is below 10%.
- Must have a Class B driver's license and be able to actively drive (manual/automatic)
- Must have a good level of reading and understanding of English and at least an intermediate level of speaking, knowing that they are in a global profession
- Must be graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering departments
