Consumables

700 Series Dispensing Elements

Our 700 Series Premier dispensing components consist of silicone- or chlorine-free, low-friction polypropylene and are designed to work with the industry standard. Provides accuracy, repeatability and productivity in all applications.

700 Series Syringes

It has 3 different colors according to the purpose of use;

Transparent: For many general applications

Amber: Provides UV protection and a visible light block (up to 520 nm), but material inside the barrel is visible.

Black: for full light block

700 Series Air Pistons

With the help of a piston, even high viscosity fluids can be dispensed to the desired standard by distributing the pressure evenly. Easy Flow pistons (blue) require less pressure to dispense and prevent air from getting stuck during the dispense process. Tight Fit Wiper pistons (white) provide a complete seal for low viscosity fluid. Loose Fit Straight Wall pistons prevent pulling and splashing while dispensing smooth-walled (red), high-viscosity material.

Barrel Adapter

.9 meter-1.8 meter hoses are available. Consists of Viton O-ring, hose and receiver head with male quick connector.

TS700 Series Manual Syringe Gun

Lightweight syringe barrel applicator gun provides excellent control for medium / high viscosity materials.

Finger Switch

The Finger Switch is used instead of Techcon’s dispensers and syringes and foot pedal. Provides control at your fingertips.

TE Series Dispensing Tips

TE series consists of a stainless steel cannula with a double helix polypropylene body.

These first-class dispensing tips are burr-free and, thanks to the electro-polished cannula, provide material flow to the desired standard.

TE Bent Dispensing Tips

These curved ends are precisely bent at 45 ° and 90 ° angles. It is suitable for dispensing liquids in hard-to-reach places.

Teflon Lined Tips

Teflon® coated tips are ideal for use with low viscosity liquids and cyanoacrylate (super glue) material. Advantages of using this Teflon-lined tip include resistance to cyanoacrylate clogging and preventing substrates from damage.

Teflon® lined ends have a double helix polypropylene colored core and a rigid Teflon pleated lining protruding approximately 1/8 “(3.17 mm) through a stainless steel tube.
