The TS5624 Disposable Diaphragm Valve has a “first to market” Disposable Material Pathway. Difficult liquids such as CAs and pre-mixed 2-part epoxies can now be used without the need for frequent cleaning by replacing the entire wetted area in seconds while the valve remains in the production line.
Wetted parts are made of black Polyethylene to prevent moisture and UV light contact with the dispensed chemical. As a result, moisture sensitive liquids such as Cyanoacrylate and UV-curing adhesives can be dispensed reliably and accurately.
TS5624 dispenses low to medium viscosity liquids in droplets as small as one microliter.
The gasketless valve design offers excellent resistance to moisture, and the integrated diaphragm creates a barrier between the wetted parts and the air cylinder.
