TS7000 Series IMP Rotary Valves are the latest additions to the Rotary Microvalve family. The valve uses a feeding screw (auger) to dispense the liquid by the rotary displacement action, allowing ultra precise control of the dispensing process.
The modular design of the valve allows quick and easy replacement of the feed screw / chamber cartridge assembly without removing the valve from the machine. In addition, the valve cartridge is interchangeable for use with TS5000DMP feed screw inserts.
TS7000 Series IMP has 3 different feed screw options, all made of precision hardened tool steel. (16 steps, 8 steps and high output 8 steps). An encoder motor version is available for applications requiring closed loop motor control with encoder feedback.
