Volumetric dispensing valve for low to high viscosity products for the metering of volumes between 1.25 and 25 cm³ (special version up to 50 cm³). It is possible to meter volumetric drops or stripes. The VDH-25CC-SR is driven by a servo motor and freely programmable. The valve is used for example for the greasing of small and big bearings. ADACTECH offers the ADACBOX-SR-01/02 for the control of the valve. It is delivered with proximity switch for the control of the metering movements and all necessary connections for the feeding of compressed air, the metering product and the servo motor. Further advantages: easy and precise adjustment of the dosing volume, integrated “Anti-Leakage” system, easy installation and low maintenance costs. ADACTECH also offers special types, e.g. with ceramic piston or customized versions.
