INSTALLATION

Reduce repetitive workplace injuries while performing repetitive and high-accuracy assembly processes such as bolting, socket tightening, shrink fit and part assembly. UR collaborative robots can assemble plastic, wood, metal and other materials with the right adapter mechanisms.

UR3 6th axis provides endless rotation for screwdriving applications. Embedded power/torque sensing in e-Series robots allows the robot to be placed directly in the bolting application without the need for a costly torque-controlled screwdriver. The repeatability of UR robot arms down to +/- 0.03 mm (30 microns) makes cobots the perfect tool for automation.

 


 

CHEMICAL DOSING

A collaborative robot brings flexibility, efficiency and freedom to gluing, painting, masticing and other bonding applications. e-Series robots reduce waste and scrap with embedded power/torque sensing for stable flow and precise placement detection.
