Adhetron Acrytron 715 is a two-component structural adhesive based on methyl-methacrylate. It is used for gap filling purposes as well as bonding metals, plastics and composite materials.
Adhetron Acrytron 715 is a two-component structural adhesive based on methyl-methacrylate. It is used for gap filling purposes as well as bonding metals, plastics and composite materials. Thanks to its high viscosity, it can be used easily in vertical applications without flowing. Resistant to chemicals, dilute acids, hydrocarbons, salt water and solutions.
Other Acrylic Based Adhesives
Two-component adhesives used with activators have external mixing and/or very precise mixing ratios. In mixtures such as 10:1, 7:1 and 5:1, special mixer tips are both expensive and the amount of glue which cures on the tips increases the cost.
Acry’tron 715
Acry’tron 715 adhesive does not require any mixing. Mixing tip can be used for very tender (delicate) processes and/or in situations where the colours are important, but these tips are small and they do not create losses that effects the material expenditures.
Epoxy Based Adhesives
Preliminary preparation is required on the surfaces to be connected. In addition, it is necessary to mix the hardener and base materials very well. Temperature and impact strengths are weak.
Acry’tron 715
Acry’tron 715 strong adhesive does not require any pre surface preparation. The mixture ratios are not important. They have excellent heat and impact resistances.
Rivet
There is an intense labor and material destruction.
Acry’tron 715
Acry’tron 715 metal adhesive is applied easily without requiring any special craftsmanship. It does not harm (damage) the material.
Welding
Spot welds and spots made on the front surfaces both damage the material and create visual disturbances. After welding, deburring, painting and coating is done again.
Acry’tron 715
Acry’tron 715 adhesive does not harm the surface it is applied on. It can be safely applied on the surfaces that were coated or painted before.
Tensol and Chloroform
They are used in the connections of polycarbonate and acrylic type materials with each other. However, they cannot be used in connection with metal, wood and other materials. The vapor they emit is highly carcinogenic.
Acry’tron 715
Acry’tron 715 strong adhesive can bond polycarbonate and acrylic type of materials with any other material and/or with each other.
Adhesive Tapes
They perform a holding rate depending on the cleanliness of the surfaces used. They are not heat resistant. Calibration cannot be performed after pasting.
Acry’tron 715
Acry’tron 715 metal adhesive is heat-resistant and allows calibration.
