Acry’tron 1E1 is a high performance acrylic-based structural adhesive with a wide usage area.
Steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, composite aluminum, brass, nickel, chrome, zinc, wood, glass, concrete, hard PVC, polyester, epoxy FRP, phenolic FRP, stone, coated metal, oven painted and powder coated. 1E1 can bond with each other and/or among themselves.
Acry’tron 1E1, is a high temperature resistance structural adhesive which will be used by its dispensing gun. Mixing can be done via mixer tips or 1E1 can be used bead on bead.
With its MMA-free structure, it is the newest and most popular product of the Adhetron product family.
Acry’tron 1E1, which has an initial curing time of 8-12 minutes, a functional curing time of 2 hours, and a final curing time of 24 hours, has a 100% acrylic composition and 10000cps viscosity.
Acry’tron 1E1, is a very preferable product for professional users. Very high heat resistance and good at thermal shocks.
Pulsar Chemical Industry and Trade Inc. Acry’tron 1E1 adhesive, which was brought to the industry by our company, is very easy to use. The product is first kept in a vertical position on a flat surface, provided that the pushing pistons are at the bottom. The process is continued until the beige/green colored materials flow from both ends. Once flow is established, the product is ready for use.
The recommended method during the application of the adhesive is as follows; The surface to be adhered should be cleaned with a volatile alcohol, the product should be injected into the surface at an angle of 30-45 degrees and in such a way that the two products overlap each other, (green colored material on beige colored material or vice versa), If colored materials are applied on the right and left Colors should be mixed with each other. Then, the other piece to be adhered should be placed on the surface on which the adhesive is applied and after the necessary calibrations are made, it should be pressed with torture if necessary.
After this situation lasts for 8-12 minutes, the pasted product should be left to cure. If another process is to be done on the product, you can detach it from the press and continue your process. It is after 24 hours that the adhesive reaches the test values.
At the end of the process, the cover of the product should be put back in its place and stored. The product can wait ready for use, as there will be no curing unless the two components are mixed together. You can store it at room temperature.
