Vertro is an electronical circuit coating material (conformal coating) that is formulated in acrylic base for protection purposes. Vertro is resistant against temperatures between (-40oC) and (+140oC) and does not contain silicone. The product which has the property of protecting electronic parts against moisture by insulating it, exhibits a high level of resistance against sunlight as well as synthetic oils and minerals.
Named as protective varnish, Vertro is a protective coating material in electronic circuits. Alongside of all these, it provides a long-lasting protection against hot & cold weather conditions, corrosion and scratches. An excellent conformal coating in electronics.
The usage method of Vertro coating material, which is also resistant against hydrocarbons, is pretty simple and practical. After cleaning the surface to which Vertro is wanted to be applied to; for spray variations, it is sprayed from a distance of 15-30 cm and for materials with casting wrappings it is recommended to be spread by a brush.
Vertro is a non-dusting product after its usage which can dry between 3 to 15 minutes depending on the temperature and the width of the applied surface.
