A PC 195 is a thermally conductive paste. Having a practical application, PC 195 does not harden and dry in areas where it is applied. PC 195 is silicon-based and its temperature resistance is between (-40oC) and 200oC.
A white product PC 195, has the VALEO 2807827 certificate and also is accordant with MIL 47113B and ROHS directives. Its conductivity level is less than 0.01 Ohm/cm and its thermal conductivity coefficient is 4 W/m.K. Alongside of being resistant against solvents and aggressive chemicals it is also resistant against oxidisation.
Application Areas
PC 195-641 is a thermally conductive past. It is used between cooling surfaces and heat resistant components to allow heat transfer. Electrical and electromechanical devices, alternators, starter motors, sensors and LED circuits etc.
