Adhetron EP5010 is a two component, epoxy based, optically clear, adhesive, coating, potting and casting material. It is resistant to sun light and does not turn pale. It can be cured in 24 hours at room temperature by mixing 2:1 ratio in weight. If wanted, the curing period can be accelerated by heat cure. 100% solid and solvent free. Therefore, it is safe for electronical components. It protects the electrical components against all kinds of external conditions. Due to its low expansion coefficient, it provides a protection without harming the electronical devices. It exists in different colours.

Application Areas

It can be used as potting and protection purposes in coating of all electronical parts.

Lock’tron S1577 is a high viscosity thixotrophic gel sealant with P.T.F.E. content. Lock’tron S1577 cures rapidly, seals instantly up to 10 bar. Product can resist up to 350 bar when it fully cured. Sealing all types of threaded connections against water, oil, gases and most common materials conveyed by pipes.

641 PC 195

A PC 195 is a thermally conductive paste. Having a practical application, PC 195 does not harden and dry in areas where it is applied. PC 195 is silicon-based and its temperature resistance is between (-40^oC) and 200^oC.

A white product PC 195, has the VALEO 2807827 certificate and also is accordant with MIL 47113B and ROHS directives. Its conductivity level is less than 0.01 Ohm/cm and its thermal conductivity coefficient is 4 W/m.K. Alongside of being resistant against solvents and aggressive chemicals it is also resistant against oxidisation.

Application Areas

PC 195-641 is a thermally conductive past. It is used between cooling surfaces and heat resistant components to allow heat transfer. Electrical and electromechanical devices, alternators, starter motors, sensors and LED circuits etc.
